• You can insert attachments now when dealing with occurrences and view them in the "History" tab in ocurrence and also in the "Occurrence history":

• It's easier now to identify drivers who were not recognized in their vehicles. When accessing the "Identification Report", just use the filter and select the “No Identification” option:

• We have added two new columns in the "Occurrences History": "Resolved Date" which refers to the day and time when that occurrence was moved to the "Resolved" status and another "Has Attachment" which will indicate if that occurrence had an attachment inserted:
