More Information in the History of Occurrences
We add more information in the History of Occurrences and its CSV. Now it is possible to see which user was last assigned as responsible for handling the situation and also the last comment added.
Report of Length of Stay in Geofence
We know that beyond the reference points, many perform the mapping of electronic fences on the map. To this end, we have adjusted our on-call time report to show information regarding fences as well. Just go to Menu > Analysis > Stays and filter by the type of mapped area you want to view.
